Hit the Road, Jacques!

Ya ha pasado el suficiente tiempo como para que la persona  no se ofenda y dificulte su identificación.
Esta persona me fue introducida por un amigo común. Me explicó que, aparte de su negocio corriente, también hacía videncia sobre manos  joyas (???) y quizás algo más, hablándome de sus clientes internacionales. Me preguntó que si quería pasar por su oficina o si quería una videncia gratuita y, lleno de curiosidad, decliné ambas ofertas. Tras un rato, se apoderó de mi mano sin mi permiso y la alumbró con una linterna. Esto no va a funcionar, avisé.

- Hmm…. Tu nombre empieza con ‘A’.
- Exacto. (Ya has oido mi nombre antes.)
- Hmm… eres listo y tienes sentido del humor.
-  No sé. (Me oiste decir una chorrada en el coche)
- Hmm… (cada vez con más pausas… yo no te pienso dar ninguna información, dámela tú) … has hecho crecer tu pelo por más de un año.
-  Si. (De repente, arcanos poderes iluminan a la medium sobre la velocidad del crecimiento capilar.)
- Hmm… y en un futuro vivirás tranquilamente, comprarás una casa y tendrás una esposa.
- Muy bien. (Todo el mundo ha recibido esta videncia a los 6 años, hecha por un compañero de clase.)

Me quedé un poco desorientado, con el tamaño de mi mano la lectura debería haber sido un poco más clara. Después le comenté que si es cierto lo que dice, debería trabajar fuera de España porque mi sueldo no alcanza para comprar pisos. A lo que contestó, con poder de lectura en retrospección, que estaba en lo cierto: mi mano le había dicho lo mismo! (Por turbias razones no me lo había podido comunicar antes.)
Claro, claro, claro.

This person was introduced by a common friend. s/he told me that, besides his usual business, s/he was also doing palm and jewel (???) reading and maybe more, talking about her international customers. S/he asked me about coming to his office or having a free reading and, full of curiosity, I tuned down both offers. After a while, s/he took my hand without my consempt and lite it with a torch. This is not going to work.

- Hmmm...your name starts with 'A'.
- Correct. (You already heard my name before.)
- Hmmm... you're smart and have sense of humour.
- Dunno. (You heard me saying something stupid in the car.)
- Hmmm... (with more pauses... i won't give you any info, you give me)... your hair has been growing for more than one year.
- Yes. (Suddenly, arcane powers enlighten the medium about the growth speed of hair.)
- Hmmm... and in a near future you will live quietly, you will buy a house and you will have a wife.
- Very good. (Everybody had this reading at the age of six, made by a classmate.)

I was disorientated, with the size of my hand the reading could have been clearer. Then I remarked that should what was said is true, I should move outside of Spain since my salary is not enough for flats. So s/he answered, with retrospective reading power, that I was right: the hand had said the same! (for shady reasons it couldn't have been communicated to me before.)
Sure, sure, sure.
