Shark Ambot Tik o Ambot Tik de tiburón. Otro plato tradicional de Goa. Es un curry de color rojo sangre que se acompaña con arroz (o roti/chapati). Ambot significa agrio y tik picante. El tiburón recuerda al atún: un pescado con pretensiones de ser carne. Es un plato muy ácido, pero muy bueno.

Another traditional goan dish. It's a blood red coloured curry intended to be eaten with rice (or roti/chapati). Ambot means sour and tik means hot. Shark is similar to tuna: a fish with meaty pretensions. A very sour dish, nevertheless still  very good.
